COVID Safety Guidelines:

This conference will follow city, state, and federal health and safety guidelines for meeting in person.  By registering for the conference attendees agree to adhere to these guidelines.  COVID vaccination is required to attend the conference in person.  We will provide information on any additional requirements in advance of the conference.

We are monitoring the conditions, and currently COVID case rates in San Francisco are quite low due to our high vaccination rates.  The Westin St. Francis features a sizeable ballroom that will allow for plenty of social distancing.  However if conditions of the pandemic worsen, we will be ready to pivot the course to entirely virtual live stream if needed – the show will go on!
